What is your job and what most excites you about what you do?

Food Scientist (use my expertise to conduct applied contract R&D for the agri-food industry. Focus on value-added processing of foods from fruits and vegetables, cereal grains and oil seeds, using specific food processing technologies)

How diverse is your workplace, or your field of work as a whole? What do you think should be done to support greater diversity and create more inclusive practices in your workplace and in the Agriculture field?

Gardening, socializing, cooking and reading
